I have been a teacher for over 25 years. I am responsible for being educated and informed about ages and stages of development and how each of my students is wonderfully wired. I also need to ensure that parents feel seen and heard and that I am doing everything I can to support their children socially, emotionally, and intellectually in the classroom.

As a parent of two vastly different teenagers, I am also equipped with many tools and strategies for managing family dynamics. Full disclosure: it is easier to show more patience and tolerance with my students than with my own children! I also know what it means to parent a struggling child, which is what inspired me to become a certified parent coach. Parenting is a journey, and as your parent coach, I’ve got you!
