One on One
Working with one parent/caregiver once a week for a minimum of four weeks.
We meet once a week on Zoom. Parent/Caregiver receives weekly summaries that highlight the parent’s objectives for the week and include bullet points from previous sessions. Parent education is also included in summaries as learning opportunities arise in each session.
Couples Coaching
Working with a couple.
Individual and couple strengths will be amplified so each parent can feel listened to, seen, heard, valued, and empowered to work on their personal and co-parent goals. Summaries highlight objectives for the week and bullet points from previous sessions. Parent education is also included as learning opportunities arise in each session.
Group Coaching
Working with a group of parents/caregivers.
In a group setting, using my expertise as an educator and coach, we focus on one topic per week. Topics include but are not limited to the following:
- What is self-care, and why is it essential for caring for others?
- How do I protect my peace?
- How do I respond and not react?
- How do I learn to speak from the I perspective?
- How do I get off the emotional roller coaster?
- Conflict resolution strategies
- How do we set intentions and reflections as a daily family practice?
- What’s the value of creating a family mission?
- Connection before correction
- What type of a parent am I, and what type of a parent do I want to be?
